Required Skills:
7-10+ years development experience
5+ years of very strong Core Java development experience
5+ years of Swing/UI development experience
5+ years experience with multi-threading, design patterns
4+ years of recent investment banking or hedge fund industry exp
3+ years experience developing electronic trading systems
Excellent communication and people skills
Very good troubleshooting skills
Experience with software development methodologies
